Level 1: Shadow
Shadow Mentorship we focus on your shadow, through a process of self-exploration that involves examining and integrating the aspects of ourselves that we may have repressed, denied, or rejected. These aspects are often referred to as our “shadow”, which represents the parts of ourselves that we do not want to acknowledge or accept, traumas, or self liming beliefs.
Shadow coaching involves bringing these unconscious aspects to the surface, acknowledging them, and integrating them into our conscious awareness.
Using the guidance of my spiritual abilities, and life coaching, the process of shadow work can involve various techniques such as journaling, meditation, therapy, and self-reflection.
It requires a willingness to explore and confront the uncomfortable aspects of ourselves, such as our fears, insecurities, and negative beliefs. By doing so, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and develop greater self-awareness, which can lead to personal growth and transformation.
The goal of shadow work is not to eliminate or suppress our shadow, but rather to embrace it and integrate it into our whole being. By doing so, we can become more authentic, compassionate, and empowered individuals.

Intuition Coaching focusing on developing and honing one’s intuitive abilities and harnessing the power of intuition. No matter your level from beginner to advanced we are always growing.
Helping you to tap into your intuition and trust your inner wisdom.
Intuition helps individuals cultivate a sense of inner alignment and develop the confidence to follow their intuition in making decisions and taking action.
Various techniques such as guided meditations, visualizations, and reflective exercises are used to access your intuition.
The goal of spiritual coaching is to develop a deeper understanding of oneself intuition, enhance decision-making skills, psychic abilities and achieve personal growth and fulfillment.
Note: This coaching is open to anyone on all levels from healers, to people wanting to expand and open their clairs. A great program for anyone looking to take their intuitive abilities to the next level or understand them.
